We team with our clients as active partners through every phase of product development to help them attain the highest quality parts and the shortest possible lead time.  In brief, we provide our partners with engineering and design assistance to help reduce labor and material costs as well as speed the new products to market.

Kintz produced parts add value to a finished product by fitting seamlessly through integration and fit, durability, of course, affordability.  Our engineering services encompass in-house mold design and fabrication, pre-production samples and product modification. Kintz works with clients to select the optimal processes and materials for each part. Although the evolution of a specific part differs to meet the unique needs of each customer, what follows is a typical part creation process.

End to End Solutions
Kintz Plastics performs every aspect of manufacturing in-house, enabling us to control each part. Our expanded 30,000 square foot, state of the art manufacturing cell takes raw materials in one end and delivers a thermoformed, trimmed and finished part out the other. This through-put solution streamlines and energizes workflow – and offers clients the advantage of being able to tackle even their largest projects – with the highest level of quality control.

We are able to produce thermoformed parts up to 9 feet by 13 feet – making Kintz unique in the Northeast with this capability. Large or small, Kintz has the capacity to ensure that parts are made to print and on schedule – all in house on our 9-acre complex.

Early Vendor Involvement is a district Kintz Advantage – particularly during the preliminary and engineering stages. Clients find that the more complicated the design, the more creative our solutions.  Kintz engineering staff has decades of experience in helping to design thermoformed parts.

Kintz Plastics can arrange for a site visit to a partner’s facility to learn and discuss first-hand about the specific needs of the client. Our goal, of course, is to get involved as early as possible to ensure that all processes result is the highest quality/best priced solution for our partners.
